Overview

How Quick Payable Connects to Your Finance Stack

Accounts payable depends on several systems. Invoices arrive as documents, approvals involve people across the business, the ledger lives in an ERP or accounting system, and payments run through a payment platform.

Quick Payable keeps the AP workflow itself in Salesforce, where your vendors, approvers, and business data already live. Integrations connect that workflow to the systems on either side of it, so data is entered once and every team sees the same invoice status.

For step-by-step setup details, field mapping, and testing guidance, see the integration documentation. For ERP-specific capabilities, see accounts payable ERP integration.

How It Works

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What integrations does Quick Payable support?

Quick Payable connects with Google Document AI for invoice capture and BILL (Bill.com) for vendor payments. It also supports ERP and accounting system sync, Salesforce API access for custom integrations, and Excel or CSV import and export.

Why does being Salesforce-native matter for integrations?

Because Quick Payable is built 100% inside Salesforce, its invoice, vendor, and approval records are standard Salesforce objects. Any system or middleware that already connects to Salesforce can work with Quick Payable data without a separate connector.

Can Quick Payable sync with my ERP?

Yes. Quick Payable supports ERP and accounting system sync for approved invoice data, vendor records, and payment status. Exactly what syncs, and in which direction, is confirmed during implementation.

Can I build a custom integration?

Yes. Custom integrations use the Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs, and Platform Events can notify external systems when an invoice is approved. Middleware such as MuleSoft can also be used.

What if my system has no direct connection?

Excel and CSV import and export can be used for systems without a direct connection, or while a direct integration is being set up.

Do I need accounts with third-party providers?

For partner integrations such as BILL, you use your organization's own account. Requirements for each integration are confirmed during implementation.
